Role
Who you are
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 3 years programming in C# and .NET technologies
- Proficiency in developing n-tiered web applications using modern techniques
- Skilled in building user interfaces using Angular and/or React, Redux, and Bootstrap
- Familiarity with Azure and AWS Cloud infrastructure, along with experience in the Fintech or Financial services industry
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, contributing to innovation and driving forward-thinking solutions. Experience in high growth startups is a bonus
- Experience mentoring junior software engineers
- Strong people skills with an empathetic mindset

- Design, implement and maintain cloud native distributed web applications
- Design, implement, and maintain data-driven web applications and services with .NET, RDBMS, and SPA web frameworks
- Leverage your expertise in object-oriented development to produce designs and code solutions
- Provide object model and data analysis and participate in solution design activities
- Build backend services, APIs, and web-based user interfaces
- Gain an understanding of business requirements, current system operations/functionality and propose new requirements
- Use previous experiences to contribute to the overall technical architecture
- Design, build and maintain automated unit and integration tests
- Mentor members of the engineering team on internal and external frameworks, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Manage quality of code, enforce testing practices and delivery cadence of an engineering team
- Develop concise, articulate, and detailed documentation
- We are a full stack shop and our primary web applications are React + Dotnet C# + Node.js/Typescript
