• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on building scalable full-stack applications
• Proficiency in full-stack development with expertise in JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, and PostgreSQL

• As a Senior Software Engineer Engineer, you will play a key role in scaling and maintaining our website’s infrastructure, ensuring a seamless user experience as we grow to support thousands of practices nationwide
• Beyond development, this role will help define the technical direction of Insights’ architecture, shaping how and where services are built and deployed. You’ll help foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing the reliability, scalability, and performance of our web applications while elevating the technical skills of the entire engineering organization
• Drive the technical direction of our practice management platform, Insights, ensuring it scales to support thousands of practices and millions of users
• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using ReactJS, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Improve system reliability and observability by implementing best practices in monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Optimize performance and scalability of our web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences as we rapidly expand
• Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams to ensure high availability and resilience of core functions
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
