Who you are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with data to identify trends and patterns and to make recommendations in a client-facing environment (consulting, digital marketing, business intelligence, banking)
- Experience with data analysis using SQL
- MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent experience in program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or planning
- Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Operational background and experience in a large/global organization
- Intermediate SQL knowledge with dashboard creation experience and spreadsheet/chart expertise
What the job involves
- As a Strategy and Operations Manager you'll lead project resourcing for consulting engagements
- From demand and capacity planning, skills tracking, and utilization analysis, to making project staffing decisions and tracking engagement financials, in this role you’ll own the project resourcing function from beginning to end
- Identify and solve strategic and operational problems, and complete key analysis and generate executive-level insights and recommendations
- Partner with and support Professional Services EMEA sub-regional leads, ensuring that they have the process and tools needed for the business to succeed
- Own business review cadence, including forecasting processes and related activities; Identify, develop, implement and maintain key operational performance metrics
- Support current operational processes and devise ways to improve and/or automate to scale for the future
- Build new functionalities to dashboards as business evolves, updating reporting or reporting logic as needed to fairly represent health of business
