What the job involves
- The Data & Analytics team is building Compass International Holdings' analytical platform – the governed foundation the company runs on
- As a Data Analyst, you'll go beyond traditional dashboards and ticket queues – you will work cross-functionally with internal teams and business partners to leverage that foundation, delivering recommendations that drive decision-making
- Accelerate Decision-Making: Structure clear options and trade-offs that enable the business to act faster with clarity
- Deliver High-Impact Narratives: Package complex findings into clear narratives that give business partners the evidence and confidence to make a decision
- Unlock Data Value: Turn the organization's investment in data infrastructure into tangible business outcomes – ensuring data actively drives strategy
- Bridge Insights to Strategy: Translate traditional business intelligence and data science assets into concrete recommendations for the business

In 2025, Compass acquired Anywhere Real Estate in a major leap that cements its place among the biggest players in US property. By uniting leading brokerage brands and expanding its agent network on a massive scale, Compass strengthens both its reach and its tech-driven platform. This adds new revenue opportunities, positioning the company to help shape the future of real estate.
