What the job involves

Lead the development of high-quality software design and architecture. Prioritize and guide team in executing tasks in the software development life cycle.
Supervise the development of tools and applications, ensuring clean, efficient code. Oversee the automation of tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
Review and debug code. Ensure validation and verification testing is conducted. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
Lead in designing features and writing specifications. Oversee the implementation of features according to specification. Ensure development phases are documented and systems are monitored.
Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies. Ensure the team complies with established policies and patterns

The platform gives frontline workers the chance to earn through rewards with cases for every sale they make. In doing so, the company makes every employee somewhat of an owner, generating an incentive to carry out impressive work, acting as a kind of in-store influencer, whilst delivering real-time campaign data for tracking efficacy to brands.

SparkPlug has scaled rapidly to meet increasing demand for its service. It raised a round of Series A funding in 2022, which was used to fuel the company’s aggressive growth plans. These plans include investments into data, development, and behavioural science expertise to help develop the platform further.
