UX/UI Designer, Prevail Health

• 1-3 years of management experience where you managed a shared understanding as well as the outcomes of the design process
• Knowledge of industry tools like Adobe, Zeplin, Photoshop, OmniGraffle, Illustrator, Figma InVision, and Sketch
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Track record of designing exception products that deliver a high-quality user experience
• Experience with web and mobile app design
• Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes
• Strong written and oral communication skills to communicate clearly across multi-functional teams to foster and develop confidence and buy-in to initiatives

• Create and implement a variety of customized experiences for the digital user and platforms
• Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site maps
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Consider existing applications and evaluating their UX (user experience) effectiveness
• Communicate scenarios (hypothetical users), end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other people working on a product or platform
