Growth Marketing Manager, Nexus

• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within a Web3 or technology company
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user segmentation
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, while executing tactically
