Business Development Representative, Highlight

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related area
• 1-2 years in outbound-focused sales (SDR/BDR)
• Curious, resourceful, and energized by solving problems and learning quickly
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with an ability to tailor your message to your audience
• Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Collaborative team player who enjoys cross-functional work with sales, marketing, and leadership
• Prior experience in sales or outreach-heavy roles preferred

Desirable

• As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a critical role in our sales efforts by identifying and engaging prospective customers
• This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations and works closely with sales and marketing
• Our goal is to empower you with the tools and support you need to master your craft, grow your skillset, and make a meaningful impact
• Manage both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts to grow the sales pipeline
• Learn and implement our sales development playbook and begin prospect outreach within your first week
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoominfo to extract contacts and build accurate, targeted prospect lists
• Execute outbound campaigns using email, phone, and social channels, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Hubspot CRM, etc
• Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations to continuously refine sales strategies and approaches
• Partner with marketing to provide insights and optimize funnel conversation across all touchpoints
• Maintain accurate records of activity, contacts, and accounts in Hubspot and other sales tools
