Who you are
- Around 4 to 7 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, private equity, or corporate development
- Strong deal judgment and the ability to form a clear view quickly
- Creative thinker on deal structuring, not just execution
- Proven ability to combine analytical rigor with commercial instinct
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and appetite for building
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal impact
- You have trained in a demanding M&A or investing environment
- You are strong in front of people, not only behind Excel
- You can source as well as execute
- You want to move from advising deals to building a company through deals
- You are ambitious, sharp, resilient, and excited by intensity
What the job involves
- We are looking for a high-caliber M&A profile to help build and execute our acquisition strategy from the ground up
- This is not a support role. We are looking for someone who can think independently, source proprietary opportunities, structure creative deals, and drive transactions end to end
- You should be comfortable operating in a demanding, entrepreneurial environment with high standards, high autonomy, and direct exposure to top-level strategic decisions
- Build and run our buy-and-build engine
- Map markets, identify targets, and develop acquisition theses
- Source proprietary opportunities through direct outreach and relationship building
- Lead discussions with founders, shareholders, advisors, and counterparties
- Structure creative transactions and propose the right deal architecture
- Drive execution across the full M&A process: valuation, negotiation, due diligence, signing, and closing
- Work closely with leadership on strategic priorities and capital allocation
- Help shape post-acquisition logic and long-term consolidation strategy

Our take
