Role
Who you are
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, or client success roles, ideally within a service-based or B2B environment
- Proven ability to interpret data and client feedback to identify opportunities, trends, and potential risks
- Minimum 3 years experience within a commercially based role with a focus on client retention and growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Confident leading client review meetings and discussing performance insights or strategic recommendations

- Understanding of client lifecycle management and techniques to drive retention and account growth
- Experience in preparing and delivering account performance reports or insights for senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with video and in-person client meetings, occasional travel as required
What the job involves
- Working closely with the Client Services Director to understand account performance data and client feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Lead on proactive outreach via phone/email/Linkedin and other relevant channels
- Schedule and lead proactive client review meetings (virtually or occasionally in person) to discuss their needs, goals and new ideas
- Work with clients to boost engagement - supporting them with solutions that help inspire, educate and involve their employees (potential EV drivers) in the scheme
- Share relevant updates, case studies, or service enhancements with clients to strengthen engagement
- Monitor engagement trends to flag risks of disengagement and propose proactive solutions
- Work collaboratively with Client Services Director and internal teams to communicate client needs, trends, and opportunities for new initiatives or campaigns
- Work closely on a day-to-day basis with Client Services Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned to business goals and metrics
- Act as a trusted partner and escalation point for key clients when needed
