Who you are

A degree (or ongoing studies) in business, finance, or a related field
Some experience in sales, account management, or customer success (internships or part-time roles count!)
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach
Analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented work style
Willingness to learn tools like Salesforce, Aircall, and other CRM systems
Fluency in German (native or C2 level) and advanced English skills (B2 or higher) are required. Additional languages are a plus

What the job involves

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic German-speaking Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team and grow with us in an exciting and fast-paced environment
At our company, we value agility, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset. As part of our German Sales team, you’ll connect with small and medium-sized business owners and freelancers through calls, helping them discover how our business accounts can support their financial goals
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, while also developing new customer accounts
Proactively support customers in using our products and services
Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions
Manage accounts and take responsibility for their growth and satisfaction
Help customers successfully onboard to ensure they can fully utilize our services
Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve products
Assist in the execution of cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to meet revenue goals
Prepare regular reports and analyses on customer activities and key performance
