Who you are
- We are looking for a passionate new team member to join us as a Performance Marketing Manager - Focus Display & Paid Social
- You have 4+ years of practical experience in Performance Marketing
- You have a BA/BS degree or relevant professional experience
- Re-Commerce is your passion - You have a strong strategic thinking, operational knowledge of E-Commerce processes and an eye for new trends in the digital marketing world
- You are experienced in working with Performance Marketing channels, especially with in Display and Paid Social, to generate new and retargeting existing customers (i.e. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Native Advertising platforms, DV360,...)
- You have a profound understanding of tracking, strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data, to shape strategies, and maximize ROI within a data-driven approach
- You know how to drive your marketing initiatives and projects forward, manage stakeholder expectations in a cross-functional and agile working environment
- You are business fluent in German & English
What the job involves
- As a Digital Marketing team we empower our private and commercial customers to joyfully trade on Kleinanzeigen across web and app
- We help our users along the customer lifecycle and journey through digital initiatives (Performance & Mobile Marketing, Onsite, CRM) to find or to sell the item of choice - locally or with shipping options!
- This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin. You will report directly to the Performance Marketing Lead
- You will develop and manage successful Performance Marketing initiatives across multiple channels and disciplines with the objective to increase our KPIs (i.e. Leads, Insertions,...) with a dedicated focus on Display and Social Media channel
- You are responsible for an efficient channel mix with the objective to increase feature adoption, that also includes the acquisition of additional channels
- Measure, report and analyze the efficiency of your Performance Marketing activities, understanding the core drivers and adjust accordingly
- Your are responsible for a thoughtful budget allocation and improve your campaigns
- You will write design briefings for performance marketing creatives
- Think “full funnel” and improve your campaigns by considering different categories, user segments and user journeys, elaborating on best ways to incentivize them
- You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and find the best way to convert traffic into conversions
- You analyze competitors, identify insights and new opportunities in performance marketing to maximize growth opportunities
- Close collaboration with external partner and agencies, including relationships management

Considering that well over $2 trillion is spent annually on online marketplaces, Adevinta Spain (as well as Adevinta as a whole) is operating from a position of strength in an extremely lucrative market, especially since a buyout by Blackstone and Permira in November 2023 was initiated. This will further bolster Adevinta's position as a market leader under strong new ownerhsip.
