- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in mobile application development, with a focus on React Native
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals
- Strong experience with React and React Native
- Strong experience with building and deploying mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms
- Familiarity with native mobile development concepts and tools (Xcode, Android Studio)
- Work samples demonstrating well-structured, performant, and user-friendly mobile applications
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical solutions clearly
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- A passion for mobile development and a desire to learn and grow

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application stability
- Participate in code reviews for teammates
- Debug and resolve bugs and performance issues on both iOS and Android platforms
- Contribute to technically ambitious projects, ensuring timely delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest React Native technologies and mobile development trends
