Who you are

Proven experience in B2B SaaS or PLG companies
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SEO, site architecture, CMS, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Amplitude). Hands-on experience with Webflow or similar platforms is a plus
Experience with AEO/GEO optimization
Experience creating briefs for content teams across both gated and non-gated content
Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate business objectives into scalable SEO strategies and initiatives
Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing performance data and turning insights into actionable recommendations

What the job involves

Are you passionate about driving organic growth and mastering the ever-evolving world of SEO? At Typeform, we’re looking for an SEO Lead to take full ownership of our SEO strategy and roadmap. This is a position with full ownership of the SEO strategy and roadmap
In this role, you’ll help unlock new levels of organic traffic and boost our brand’s visibility. You’ll work closely with our Head of Web and cross-functional teams, ensuring our website becomes a central engine for business growth
Lead SEO Strategy: Design and execute the long-term SEO roadmap aligned with business objectives, competitive insights, and market opportunities
Drive Execution: Implement technical SEO improvements, conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and monitor site performance
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Web, Paid Media, Rev Ops, PMM, Brand, Data, and Finance to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in all initiatives
Analyze and Improve: Continuously monitor performance, diagnose ranking fluctuations, and execute both strategic initiatives and scrappy high-impact fixes
Shape the Future of SEO at Typeform: Be the go-to expert for SEO insights and AEO/GEO best practices, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly changing landscape

Our take

The accelerated consumer shift to digital channels and the increasing importance of digital-native brands are driving the need to build closer online engagement with customers. Typeform’s conversational solutions generate higher response rates and provide richer insights to improve consumers’ experiences. The company claims to achieve up to 4x response rates compared to more traditional methods of data collection.

Its product includes integration with other platforms such as Slack and Mailchimp, and face-to-face interactions with videoask. By 2022, Typeform had some 125,000+ paying customers.

The company's Series C funding was put towards more product development, increasing accessibility, and additional integrations. It will also be expanding its 450-strong remote working team globally as it seeks to swell the 500M+ “interactions” its products generate each year.
