- Given the fast-paced, often dynamic nature of Innovid and the media technology industry, this position requires a high degree of creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability

- Minimum of 6-8+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, preferably within the technology industry
- Accounting background or experience preferred
- Robust quantitative skill set and an analytical, intellectually curious mindset that is both data-driven and experience-driven
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and cross functionally with various global teams
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage to tight deadlines, and maintain strong detail orientation
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Suite equivalent)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment
- Hands-on individual willing to be immersed in all aspects of the finance function
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Accounting or related field
What the job involves
- Reporting directly to the CFO, the Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis will play a pivotal leadership role in driving financial strategy, analytics, and business intelligence across the company
- This individual will contribute to Innovid’s growth by enabling better decision-making, enhancing financial visibility, and bringing strategic insights to a fast-evolving landscape
- The Vice President, FP&A is an influential leader in the global finance team, with the presence and understanding to bring out the best in others, and the curiosity, acumen, and polish to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead the comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for Innovid, partnering closely with the CFO and entire executive leadership team to align financial and strategic goals. Build robust, actionable reporting frameworks to support data-driven decisions and variance analysis
- Business Intelligence Leadership: Drive and support Innovid’s Business Intelligence strategy, developing integrated reporting tools that elevate data accessibility and insight for all levels of the organization
- Lead and Develop: Responsibility for a global team of financial and business intelligence analysts. Ability to serve as a “servant leader” prioritizing the growth and development of the team. Focus on creating development opportunities and creating the next generation of financial leaders
- Executive Reporting & Communication: Independently prepare executive/BOD level reports and presentations, providing insights and clear recommendations for senior leadership as well as the board of directors. Communicate financial data in a way that supports strategic decision-making at the highest levels
- Public Financial Reporting: Performs ongoing and comprehensive investor focused analysis, including financial metrics and a summary of key messages. Develops and monitors performance metrics for the investor relations function. Instrumental in crafting messaging based on financial results, trends and data insights
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain complex forecasting models, often from the ground up, to support diverse business initiatives and analyze critical areas such as pricing, operational expenses, and revenue growth
- Expense Management & Process Improvement: Implement and refine processes for expense management, supporting functional leaders in budget management and cost efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting by enhancing tools, including the integration of NetSuite ERP, Adaptive and other BI resources
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong, cross-functional relationships across technology, sales, product, and operations, promoting alignment on financial objectives, opportunities, and potential risks

In 2007, Innovid's founders Zvika, Tal, and Zack came together to make digital video do more. Digital was on the rise, and it was time for video to step up. Two years later, Innovid filed the first patent to insert interactive objects into video. Since then, it has evolved to run as an independent advertising and measurement platform for the world's largest brands.
Innovid runs data-driven creative delivered on all channels (from connected TVs and mobile devices to social channels like Facebook and YouTube), and 3rd party measurement through its media-agnostic platform. It also works with the industry to help advertisers scale how they create, deliver and measure ads across different platforms.
Innovid has struck up partnerships with great companies already, which is a good sign of its ability to win big contracts; it has worked with 1,000 of the world’s largest brands. It is also continually innovating; in 2022 it has launched a TV measurement platform, InnovidXP, for converged TVs.
