Who you are
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics or psychology or comparable
- 5+ years of Brand & Offline Media in a consumer-focused company
- Strong analytical skills and expert in Excel and other BI tools (like Looker), with a keen ability to articulate results and learning
- Thorough knowledge of Brand & Offline Media operations, associated creative production & channel measurement
- Understanding of marketing ROI and how to calculate user profitability based on CPA, CPC, CPM investment
- Track record of outstanding marketing campaign results and experience managing and allocating a large monthly budget
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities seamlessly. Understands what is most important, and can get be scrappy to projects done with available resources
- Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward with goals independently

What the job involves
- The Omni Media team sits within the broader Digital Commerce team and is dedicated to growing our online presence via Brand and Performance Media. While primarily focused on customer acquisition, the team also supports awareness and retention goals
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage full funnel offline media, taking the lead on driving Brand Media partnerships and driving our core Offline channels (CTV, Programmatic Audio, Direct Mail) for the purposes of driving awareness and new user acquisition
- We’re looking for someone who understands channel dynamics and interplay, attribution, and has experience testing and rapidly scale high-performing channels. This role will report directly to our Director, Omni Media and is based in San Francisco
- Oversee full funnel media strategies across our offline channels, such as DR TV/OTT, podcasts, streaming audio, and direct mail in partnership with our agency
- Partner closely with the Director and Content Planning team to ideate on Brand Media partnerships in support of brand campaigns that succeed in delivering on Rothy’s brand awareness goals
- Hold partners accountable on results and triangulate channel performance to our forecast
- Partner with analytics on deeply understanding our customer segments and creating offline journeys to reach them
- Consider holistic full funnel media plan to ensure there is strategic alignment between Growth and Brand
- Partner with the creative team on video and audio production, serving as a resource and expert on creative best practices
- Forecast channel level performance in partnership with the Director, Omni Media
- Engage with quarterly strategic planning across Brand and Growth and drive roadmap for our offline channels
