A proven track record driving global initiatives from ideation to activation and delivering business results
Highly proficient with agile and software development collaboration tools: JIRA, Confluence, etc. Ability to demonstrate advanced Jira expertise, including custom boards, searches, dashboards, and workflows
Comprehensive understanding of what it takes to ship software iteratively in collaboration with business, engineering, design, and product teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable leading discussions with senior leadership
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally; an active listener and clear communicator; seeks win-win outcomes
Experience with Agile and Lean processes and principles
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications or a related field, or 5 years equivalent work experience

What the job involves

This is an individual contributor role that requires both program management excellence and sophisticated experience with Jira, Confluence, and industry-standard collaboration tools (Google docs, MS Office)
This role will be critical as we build flexible, robust and scalable processes and tooling for maximum productivity and efficiency
Drive measurable results and influence others towards business goals regardless of reporting structure
Intake high-level business needs and translate them into product requirements and tactical plans
Lead and run ambiguous critical initiatives across many functions, including scope definition, surfacing tradeoffs, and gathering educated estimates to support commitment and planning decisions
Formulate and drive impactful recommendations to tackle complex problems
Cultivate a culture of inclusion and promote a growth mindset among teams and collaborators
Set the tone of operations by cultivating a culture of trust and collaboration
