  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on B2B marketing
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker, or other analytics tools

What the job involves

  • The Marketing Analytics Lead will be responsible for analyzing marketing data to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance
  • You will manage data collection, generate insights, and collaborate with teams to measure marketing effectiveness, ensuring the use of analytics tools to boost ROI and engagement
  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations
  • Own the data hygiene for the marketing team, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all data sources to enable effective decision-making
  • Collaborate with Sales, BI, and Marketing Leadership to ensure alignment on data needs, forecasts, and performance metrics critical to achieving KPIs
  • Own key marketing analytics processes such as weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, attribution, lead routing, and pipeline analysis to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing performance
  • Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to set up and maintain tracking mechanisms and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key marketing metrics
  • Enable the marketing team to track and report on their own campaign performance, providing tools, training, and support to foster self-sufficiency in data reporting
  • Execute on marketing analytics initiatives to ensure the right data is collected and interpreted to optimize campaigns and improve lead generation
  • Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to help inform marketing strategies, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI
  • Continuously monitor and improve the integrity and accessibility of marketing data to ensure that teams are equipped with the necessary information to drive results

  • Effective execution of marketing analytics initiatives, ensuring timely, data-driven decision-making
  • Strong collaboration with Sales, Business Intelligence, and Marketing leadership to align on key data, forecasts, and insights needed to achieve KPIs
  • Delivery of accurate and actionable marketing analytics reports that support strategic business decisions and drive measurable improvements
  • Proactive identification of trends and opportunities, using data to optimize marketing strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Clear alignment between marketing and sales teams, leading to better-targeted campaigns, higher-quality leads, and maximized ROI

Additionally, existing support systems are usually generalized, failing to deliver the personalized mental healthcare that individuals need. To address this gap, Spring Health has developed AI-driven tools for employers to create tailored mental wellness plans for their employees, including treatment options, daily routines, and medication plans based on individual data.

Spring Health has recently expanded its services to the family and pediatric space through the acquisition of Weldon, offering mental wellness guidance to parents. This expansion includes chats with therapists, social workers, and parenting coaches, as well as group support with other parents and access to educational content. By focusing on personalized care, Spring Health aims to enhance mental wellness support for families alongside its existing employee services.

The behavioral health market is projected to grow to $242B by 2027. While many solutions prioritise fast access to therapy or meditation, Spring Health differentiates itself by emphasizing the right type of care for each individual.
