Who you are
- B2B sales development experience prospecting into medium-to-large enterprises
- Comfortable at initiating phone conversations with executives, navigating questions, and overcoming objections
- Proficiency using enterprise-grade sales CRM, such as Salesforce.com
- Knowledgeable using social networking tools to help canvas an account (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Self starter, confident with owning responsibilities and experienced in seeing projects through from end to end
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
- The ability to speak an additional Nordic language such as Swedish, Danish or Norwegian would be a big plus but is not essential!

- Most importantly, you will be tasked to work closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to generate new business and add to our world-class winning inside sales culture
- As an integral part of our sales team, experienced Account Executives guide and mentor you to help ensure your success as a contributing member of the organization
- Initiate sales opportunities with a balanced inbound/outbound approach by navigating accounts and hunting for qualified prospects and setting qualified meetings
- Work closely with a highly experienced field sales team to define and execute on Territory/Target account plans
- Qualify all Onfido marketing-generated leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to move prospects through the sales funnel to closure
- Participate in corporate & industry-wide conferences

Onfido allows businesses to verify a user’s identity automatically using AI to verify uploaded identity documents against a range of biometric markers and online footprint metrics.
As a disruptor in a field sorely needing innovation, Onfido has built a commanding market lead. However it now faces increased competition from the likes of Stripe, Persona and IDNow. Onfido has maintained its market lead through strong, focused R&D, winning it multiple awards including the CogX Best AI product in FinTech for 2022.
Onfido has seen a staggering growth in revenue over the past few years and its customers include the likes of President's Choice Financial, Revolut and Deliveroo. Having raised a large amount of investment funding and achieved sustained profitability, it has now been acquired by Entrust, a leader in payments, identities, and data security. This new chapter for Onfido will open its services up to Entrust's large customer base, a mutually beneficial move.
