Product Manager, Overton

• 3 years+ product management experience, with proven success in delivering products and features from idea to implementation
• Experience working in a SaaS business
• Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver a product on time
• Experience conducting user research and analysing quantitative and quantitative data
• Naturally creative with an eye for brilliant design and usability
• Experience with agile ways of working
• Curious and eager to learn about different product management techniques, the wider policy world and our customers
• A natural collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong technical understanding of how web applications work and are deployed
• Smart, passionate, curious and able to learn new things quickly
• Super organised
• Able to work under your own initiative, proactively taking ownership of your areas of work and contributing to discussions and decisions outside your direct remit

• Gathering feedback from users to ensure that we deliver solutions that solve real problems
• Manage the product lifecycle, roadmap and prioritisation with our technical team
• Speaking with colleagues in every area of the business to gain an understanding of the product from all viewpoints
• Reviewing quantitative and qualitative data to optimise our product
• Wireframing new product plans
• Building proposals for new product plans
• Testing and validating feature work ready for release
• Keeping track of industry trends and new tools
• We are a small team and mainly collaborate using Slack, video calls and regular all-company meetings to see each other in person
