Who you are
- Previous experience in a Case Management role or HR Operations role
- 2+ years of work experience
- Native or business proficient in English
- Highly structured & agile working style
- Very strong attention to detail

What the job involves
- Case management: Your objective is to onboard the talents (=employees) of our customers across the world, i.e. provide them with a locally compliant employment contract
- For this, you will collaborate with our in-country implementation partners
- You will process multiple onboardings at the same time with the need to strictly prioritize, and manage your tasks in a case management logic
- International people: You will work directly with people located in more than 50 countries across the world. Some of them work from Portugal, some from Malaysia, and others from the US
- While onboarding them to WorkMotion, your goal is to create a smooth and clear onboarding experience for them
- Product improvement: Besides working with project management tools, you will use our own proprietary software, the only international HR Operating System
- It is your responsibility to detect any opportunities for automation and share your feedback with our internal Product team in order to help them build the best software possible

The travel restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in many workers being forced to work from home, and this led to many people realising that they could work remotely from anywhere in the world. This not only presents benefits for employees but also employers who have a larger pool of international prospective staff to choose from, but this comes with difficult HR management challenges.
WorkMotion develops bespoke SaaS platforms for the management of international hiring, onboarding, human resource management, and compliance across over 160 countries. This prevents businesses from having to set up foreign offices and workforces to handle international HR challenges, making global expansion more affordable and less time-consuming.
The challenges of managing international HR compliance have been brought to light due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and naturally, this means that WorkMotion faces competition from other companies tackling the same problems. However, the company currently stands out due to its bespoke handling of each client scenario, realizing that no single set of tools is sufficient for every company.
