Role
Who you are
- 7-10+ years of Sales leadership / GM experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, Media, or Entertainment
- Expert in recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining top talent across multiple geographies
- Track record of owning and overachieving revenue targets within the B2B space, with operational proficiency in pipeline generation, maturation, and deal cycle management
- Experience in scaling go-to-market organisations and creating repeatable processes around ICP, territory design, and pricing by aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Operations teams around a common strategy
- Expert in executive engagement, creating deep relationships with prospects and customers across Commercial, Mid Market, and Enterprise segments
- Deep understanding of building culture and employee engagement through value-driven Leadership
- Entrepreneurial DNA: commercial, resourceful, creative, fearless, with a growth mindset
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent strategic/analytical background strongly preferred
- Fluency in English required; Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus
What the job involves
- Fever for Business is a start-up within the unicorn – a hyper-growth organization democratizing access to culture and live entertainment for corporate and institutional clients
- Reporting to the Global VP, you’ll own the Americas P&L, scale a world-class sales organization across the U.S. and LATAM, and cement Fever for Business as a strategic growth pillar for Fever as we charge toward category leadership in global live entertainment
- Scale and lead a full-cycle Sales organisation – hiring, coaching, and retaining top performers who consistently beat targets
- Own the regional P&L: set the GTM strategy, forecast and deliver against quarterly revenue targets, own pipeline generation efforts, and rely on data-driven decision making
- Drive executive-level engagement with Fever’s top prospects and customers to win new logos and expand existing customer engagements
- Institutionalise best-practice Sales methodologies across pipeline generation, qualification, and deal management in partnership with Enablement, Strategy, and Operations
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Production, Strategy, and Operations teams to be the internal voice of the corporate customer, shape roadmaps, streamline processes, and elevate our offering
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture that sparks engagement, innovation, and consistent outperformance

What has set Fever apart from its major competitors in the events booking space, such as major player Eventbrite, is its use of data. Its data-driven approach allows it to recommend the events that users will be most interested in. It has also allowed it to analyse consumer data to host its own Fever Originals events, much like Netflix uses data to produce Netflix Originals customised to consumer demands.
The company claims it can identify the characteristics of a successful event, mitigating the risk for event promoters and brands involved in its Fever Originals events. With multiple funding rounds under its belt, Fever is well placed to grow with the experience and expertise that comes from top industry investors and is investing in new and innovative global entertainment content opportunities whilst continuing expansion into new markets.
