Who you are

Experience leading agile cross-functional Software Development teams in web and mobile to bring the strands of Product Development together
Excellent understanding of Process Flow Diagrams, Business and Process Modeling, Data Analysis and Gap Filling with experience to advise C-level on short-term recommendations and long-term product roadmaps
A proven track record of professional development of team members and people leaders
Ability to work independently and a strong sense of product ownership
Broad and in-depth understanding of wider industry context and trends, across both tech and product

What the job involves

Work closely with the CTO to plan and execute on strategic product initiatives
Lead the ongoing development of technical processes and requirements, and consistently enhance current practices across the business
Carry out up-front research on new projects or product features to identify requirements prior to build
Define acceptance criteria for functionality that allows analysts and engineers to write user stories
Understand permutations of disparate data sources, designing solutions to fit within incard’s product
Review and provide feedback on user stories that have been written by engineering
Hands-On Coding 30% to 70% of the Time
Sign off on the technical aspects of the user experience and ensure alignment with the product vision
