Sales Account Manager, Ghost

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Sales required (preferably within retail eg apparel, footwear, home, beauty etc)
• Strong skills in Google G Suite. Familiarity with HubSpot is strongly preferred, if not knowledge of similar CRM platforms is a must
• Tech-savvy – experienced and knowledgeable in using multiple channels/verticals
• Exceptional communication skills – strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
• Relationship management – ability to quickly understand the Ghost customer and gain a deep understanding of industry and customer needs. You are inherently curious about the client’s needs
• Ability to analyze market dynamics and translate insights into actionable business strategies

• The Account Manager position will be on a contract basis with the potential for permanent employment, to be reviewed after three months
• As part of the sales team, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from business development to closing deals, driving growth, and building long-term customer relationships

• Actively participate in industry conferences and trade shows to promote Ghost’s products and expand your network
• Regularly travel to customer sites, strengthening partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and deepening customer understanding
