Who you are

Strong experience in selling B2B solutions
Experience working on a sales role in financial services / in banking or a first experience working on the FX market and international payments
3 to 5 years of experience in sales
1 to 2 years of experience in management
Knowledge of the French Corporates market
You have been a coach for young talents in a previous managerial experience
You have skills to motivate a sales team
You have proven communication skills, you are able to create commitment with your interlocutors
You are at ease with a cold calling approach, you are a good negotiator, and you know how to build a confident relationship with C-Level interlocutors
You are able to manage and to develop a sales team
You are proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking)

Managing a sales team

The company serves as an alternative to the traditional bank offer, enabling a payment experience and package of financial services that cater for the daily needs of small-to-medium sized enterprises. By having its own core banking infrastructure, the company has a competitive advantage in the roll-out of its technological roadmap, including the release of new products. One such release is its payment tracker, which improves security levels and thereby strengthens trust between clients and suppliers.

Following Series B funding, the company saw tremendous growth, tripling its payment volume and developing its footprint in Europe after acquiring Dutch and German competitors.
