Who you are
- Completed studies - preferably with a focus on business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering or a related field
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Experience in Data Analysis and Reporting, knowhow on visualizing data and building dashboards using Tableau (or other visualization tools like Looker, PowerBI, QlikSense etc.)
- 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics is required
- Previous leadership experience is a great plus
- Experience with A/B Testing. Foundation in inferential statistics, especially the dos and don’ts of hypothesis testing
- Experience in Product and Web Analytics tools like Mixpanel, Segment, Indicative, as well as Web Tracking technologies and best practices
- Fluent in English. German is a plus
What the job involves
- As "Team Lead Product Analytics" you will work closely with our Talent Product Managers to understand their strategic and operational needs, and you will be instrumental in further developing our Talents’ user journey, enabling the Growth and improving Retention of our Talent Pool, as well as expanding our job inventory and taking our recommendations efficiency to the next level!
- Your teams’ analyses, data products, self-service data tools, and most importantly your ownership and drive will empower them to make the right decisions
- Take full ownership of the Talent Product Analytics area to deliver analytics-driven solutions to product initiatives
- Provide thought leadership and serve as an analytical sparring partner to our Talent Product leadership to actively help shape the overall strategy and roadmap
- Understand deeply the overall business area and roadmap, identify business risks, gaps, and most importantly opportunities to generate business impact and optimize performance
- Analyze the user behavior in our Talent Platform and be instrumental in shaping the user journey. Together with the Product teams you will proactively improve our user acquisition and retention, uncover pain points, reduce churn, identify and set up user segmentation, implement funnels and cohort analyses
- Manage, coach, support, and continuously develop a team of Product Analysts
- Organize the structure and processes of the Product Analytics team to help support the Talent Product teams in our scaling journey
- Support experimentation by ensuring correct experiment setups, specifying and validating tracking, analyzing and executing deep dives, while enhancing overall decentralized capabilities
- Help shape our Web Tracking infrastructure and further develop our Web Analytics reporting landscape to really empower our Product Managers
- Establish a Self-Service analytics culture within the Talent Product team that empowers our power users to execute their own deep dives with a high level of independence
- Collaborate closely with our Engineering team and Data Product Manager to help develop scalable Data Products
- Educate stakeholders on key analytical topics to improve company-wide data literacy
