Paid Social Lead, Misfits Health

• An expert in Paid Social Advertising and comfortable scaling, implementing and executing Paid Social strategies to achieve business targets and continuous growth
• Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience in creating, managing & reviewing a variety of paid social campaigns in the D2C space
• Proven experience building and running complex accounts across Facebook & Instagram
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Desirable

• Own the global Paid Social strategy, with a focus on scaling the UK and USA as a key growth markets.
• Drive Paid Social Performance through the day-to-day management and effective implementation of Paid Social campaigns; primarily through Facebook, but including opportunities on Tiktok, Snapchat and Pinterest
• Responsible for a 6 figure budget that has doubled YoY
• Proactively optimise, test and iterate campaigns to enhance performance (including landing pages, creative and audiences) with the view to improve key KPIs
• Collaborate with the creative team to provide best in class performance creative and create ongoing feedback loop based on data insights
• Reporting, analysing and interpreting data to feedback to key stakeholders
