Who you are
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related experience
- Provide more complex technical support and troubleshooting, including hardware repair and replacement
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service. You must be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with common operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS
- Be organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Be proactive and able to identify and solve problems before they occur
- Provide clear, and empathetic communication to end-users, ensuring their IT concerns are addressed and resolved

What the job involves
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues
- Escalate issues to the appropriate IT personnel or external vendors when necessary
- Help with the setup and configuration of new hardware, software, and user accounts
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices, security protocols, and software usage
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
- Participate in IT projects as needed, including system upgrades, migrations, and new installations
- Maintain the internal knowledge base, documentation, and procedures for IT support processes
- Provide support for common office equipment, such as printers and scanners
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
