Who you are
- FMCG Top 4 Grocery experience, with full P&L accountability
- Experience of JBP and significant commercial negotiations with buyers
- Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and able to build long-term customer partnerships
- Self-starter, highly motivated by agreeing incremental plans and delivering growth
- Commercially very astute, can build and interpret P&L models, understand the impacts on margin and know what levers to pull to deliver P&L improvements
- Thinks outside of the box, asks a lot of questions and has a natural sense of curiosity to challenge the norm
- Resilience - we are no longer a small start up but we are also not a large corporate so there are challenges to get your teeth into
- Ability to demonstrate and share sales leadership and best practice to the wider commercial team
- A team player who wants to have fun and genuinely enjoy what you do
What the job involves
- Full P&L accountability for your customer
- Creating, communicating and executing your customer strategy here at Graze
- Championing non HFSS strategies within your customers
- Working closely with our marketing and first-class data team to unlock incremental opportunities in an exciting, high growth, multi format customer
- Work closely with the supply chain network at Graze and within your customers to ensure accurate forecasting and superb service levels
- Keeping the customer central to everything we do

- Get to know the brand, our products, values, customers and plans for the future
- Build relationships internally and get to know the team and our systems and processes
- Immerse yourself within your key customer, understand their strategies, customers and stores
- A clear understanding of your customers P&L and budget, existing plans and ideas on how to drive incremental growth opportunities
- Build, communicate and start to execute your strategy for 2023
