Marketplace Growth Manager, Connectd

• 3–5 years in roles that blend sales, partnerships, or BD with recruitment agency, RPO, or HR tech sales all relevant
• A track record of owning a number and hitting it
• Metrics-driven: Comfortable working to a hard volume target and reporting on pipeline weekly
• Interest in the startup and scaleup ecosystem — you'll be talking to founders and operators every day
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to adapt to change and prioritise accordingly

• We're looking for someone to help us scale the demand side of that marketplace
• You'll be responsible for getting high-quality opportunities onto Connectd — working directly with founders, recruiters, VCs and partners to uncover roles that need senior talent
• But this isn't simply an outbound sales role
• You'll be given ownership to figure out where the best roles come from, who we should be speaking to, how we build partnerships, and how we turn those channels into a repeatable acquisition engine
