Who you are

A degree in software, electrical, mechanical, system engineering, or relevant experience
Experience in supporting complex IT systems

Desirable

What the job involves

You'll play a crucial role in managing and supporting system infrastructure while delivering exceptional technical services to our customers
You'll also help build strong customer relationships and drive business growth through success. You'll be self-directed, but enjoy collaboration, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge
Ensure we meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) while implementing asset management plans
Monitor critical systems and solutions
Investigate system faults
Identify and advocate for customer needs in product development
Provide regular reports to senior management
Plan and execute site installations and decommissioning
Document site surveys and drawings
Lead special projects and trials
