Who you are

A passion for solving complex data and delivery challenges and desire to thrive in a constantly innovating and changing environment
10+ years’ experience in Structured Finance (or related financial products, such as project finance, loan warehousing) and understanding of financial concepts
Proven experience supporting or running data operations for a data platform, SaaS company
Dynamic leadership and management experience of multi-disciplined teams with various priorities
Past experience as a technical expert in engineering, data analytics, business analysis, BI, etc prior to leadership/management
A huge plus is exposure to a data intensive environment in the financial services industry

What the job involves

Be an active and strategic voice on the T-REX Management team, driving our core data operations forward
Design, build and drive overall strategy, methodology, and roadmap for the processes, systems, tools and capabilities required to produce and maintain our core data assets
Direct planning and implementation of enterprise data management programs including, data stewardship, data standardization and the development and maintenance of application data architecture, data models and databases
Manage the service & solution delivery of the company’s enterprise visualization products, including reports and Business Intelligence (BI) applications
Leadership, management and growth of multiple data departments within the organization
Growing the data asset to support T-REX’s growth plans
Constantly keep up with industry data trends and drive high performing teams

Our take

Due to little to no tech infrastructures and inaccurate, fragmented data, investors have often struggled to find the transparency they needed when it comes to managing risk and investments with confidence. The finance industry requires data management and technology infrastructures in order for capital to flow and because of this, demands for solutions have grown at a rapid pace in the past several years.

T-REX was founded to address these growing concerns and challenges them with its modern data management and cash flow analytics platform. Through the use of machine learning algorithms, the platform has the ability to analyze and optimize renewable energy asset performances, which in turn provides investors and operators with the ability to make more informed decisions.

The platform has a number of clients in various industries and recently announced the closing of a funding round which gained the support of Riverstone Holdings, alongside other existing shareholders. The new partnership will see T-REX become part of Riverstone's Decarbonization Growth Equity platform, indicating the growth demand for T-REX's services.
