Who you are

Experience working on software implementation projects, process improvement (preferably in a start-up/scale-up environment)
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Technical background and proficiency in setting up webhooks and connecting APIs using Low-code platforms, or ability to quickly learn
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Available 3-4 days per week for 4-6 months

What the job involves

Implement field management software(Fieldbuddy), including data migration and roll-out to installers and the planning department
Automate order processes with a third-party logistics provider (3PL) using EDI
Evaluate and enhance the inventory management system, considering whether to optimize the current tool or implement a new system
Work independently, managing the project from start to finish
Set up webhooks and connect APIs using Low-code platforms for complex software configurations
Analyze problems, propose practical solutions, and drive process improvement
Do whatever is needed to make our customers happy and turn Quatt into a huge success!
