Role
Who you are
- Knowledge of costing and pricing strategy within manufacturing
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, ideally at a fast paced and high growth company in the FMCG space
- Knowledge of IP development and protection of new products on the market within FMCG
- Curious and flexible with a can-do attitude who thrives in a start-up environment
- You have strong organisational skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- You have strong numerical and excel/gsuite skills
- Strong ability / interest in negotiating, engaging and managing external partners
- An interest to work with unique products at a fast growing startup with the potential to change millions of cat’s lives for the better
- You have a driving licence and a passport - National and International travel will be required
What the job involves
- Monitors and supports the warehouse in dispatching and managing inventory in line with set KPIs
- Is the primary point of contact between the office and the warehouse, filtering questions from both sides, gathering information to make informed decisions, developing an efficient smooth process
- Manages the day to day relationship with delivery partners, ensures all orders are picked up on a daily basis
- Continuously reviews ops performance on the likes of outbound freight to improve cost and service efficiencies
- Works with the inbound freight and our warehouse team to ensure a smooth stock management
- Liaises with warehouse to ensure all consumables are on time in full for all orders
- Handles all queries post order placement including availability/short ships and any other issues that arise
- Over time will look to own our supplier relationships
- You will report directly to the CEO/COO and work closely with our New Products Team

Unlike most industry leaders, Untamed allows cat owners to receive a personalised and tailor-made food plan with a science-based approach.
Untamed's growth strategy is based on this approach of providing tailored and high-quality food to consumers, rather than focusing on unhealthy bulk production. With healthy funding under its belt, the company is on the road to raising food standards across the industry, leading by example.
