Role
Who you are
- This role would suit someone who wants to be part of a fast-paced environment where the nature of the work is varied in support of good customer outcomes
- Understand the demands of regulatory requirements relating to good customer outcomes, and ensure they are adopted into the design of how the business supports the customer
- Confident in engaging with senior leaders to advise, support and influence decisions
- To understand and use data sources to improve the customer journey and own knowledge
- Experience of managing and prioritising multiple demands
- Proven experience working in the Insurance or Financial Services industry
What the job involves
- The role requires regular engagement with a range of different people from across the Commercial Lines business
- This role will support the Commercial Lines Conduct and Product Performance Lead to focus on Customer Outcome reporting and support the embedding of a conduct culture across Commercial Lines
- The main focus of the role is to manage the monthly cycle of reporting Conduct Outcomes, which requires working with Conduct Outcome Owners across the business to evidence good outcomes or act upon actual or potential customer harm
- Additionally, you will support the business by embedding and maintaining the Commercial Lines Conduct strategy to enhance the Conduct Culture, ensuring an “is it right” ethos in support of the customer
