What the job involves
- EliseAI is looking for a Director of Business Development & Partnerships to develop and own relationships with key partners during our high-growth stage.
- Your efforts will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory, enabling us to reach new markets and enhance our product offerings
- By forging strong partnerships, you'll help drive our mission forward, ensuring that we continue to innovate and provide value to our clients
- Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnership opportunities that align with EliseAI’s business objectives and growth strategies
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual value and alignment with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay informed about industry trends
- Develop and implement partnership strategies that drive business growth, enhance product offerings, and expand market reach
- Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements, ensuring successful collaboration outcomes
- Work cross functionally with other teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives
- Represent EliseAI at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote partnership opportunities and strengthen relationships
- Track and analyze the performance of partnerships to ensure success, optimize collaboration, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Our take
Contactless human interaction through technology has thrived in recent years, and this has impacted the real estate industry greatly. A significant reexamination is needed in regard to how estate agents serve and communicate when in-person interactions are less feasible. EliseAI, previously MeetElise, provides AI-powered leasing agent software that aims to solve this problem.
The company deploys machine learning to fill communication gaps between agents and clients, in addition to providing mixed reality solutions for digital property viewings. The startup claims that their software increases conversion rates from traditional leasing methods and tools by more than 65%, responding instantly to 90% of custom inquiries for over 250,000 properties. 60% of the top 50 real estate businesses in the US use EliseAI, whilst 30 million residents and prospective customers have had conversations with the AI.
Estate agents across the globe have developed digital platforms to serve customers digitally. However, EliseAI presents an all-in-one solution that aims to support estate agents and their clients, regardless of whether in-person communication is possible. Funding secured by the company will be used by to propel its growth and prop up its already secured equity capital.
