Who you are
- We are looking for a strategic technical thinker with a proven ability to connect deep infrastructure initiatives with overarching business goals. You see the bigger picture and understand how technical decisions impact products, customers, and operations
- You possess a systemic approach and can navigate complex, cross-functional dependencies
- You have at least 2 years of experience in similar role
- You are a natural collaborator and leader, capable of inspiring action and alignment across different technical teams
- Your communication skills are exceptional; you can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You stay informed on evolving best practices in infrastructure, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud environments, bringing valuable insights back to the team
- You thrive in a role where you work closely with our Infra Team, Technology Office, Engineering squads, and Solution Architects to build something truly meaningful
What the job involves
- To ensure this foundation is not just stable but truly world-class, we are looking for a visionary and strategic Infra & Solutions Product Manager to join our team
- This role is the critical bridge between our product strategy and our technical execution
- You will define and own the roadmap for the infrastructure that powers our entire ecosystem, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and efficient
- Your work will directly empower our product teams to build and deliver the reliable, cloud-agnostic healthcare interoperability solutions our partners depend on
- Define and Drive Strategy: You will own and maintain the infrastructure roadmap, ensuring every initiative is perfectly aligned with our broader product vision and company goals
- You'll research market trends in cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms to keep Founda's technical foundation a step ahead
- Prioritize and Plan: In collaboration with Engineering and Tech Leadership, you will translate the roadmap into a prioritized backlog for the Infrastructure team, balancing innovation with the demands of reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate on Design: Partnering closely with the Infrastructure team and Solution Architects, you will translate strategic goals into actionable technical plans and represent the product function in solution design discussions
- Communicate and Align: You will be the central point of communication for infrastructure plans, changes, and timelines, ensuring stakeholders across Professional Services, Project Management, and Support are informed and prepared
- Foster Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of excellence by monitoring performance metrics, facilitating retrospectives, and using data-driven insights to guide prioritization and enhance platform reliability
- You will be part of Founda’s Product Management department (8 people) and you will report directly to our CPO
