What the job involves
- As a Product Ops Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering features that directly impact our customers
- Working within the product team, you’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build UX that sets a new standard in the crypto space
- You’ll have visibility across the entire business, working on everything from improving transaction flows to launching new features that keep users engaged. Data is your weapon, execution is your mindset
- Building new features that enhance the user experience
- Improving and refining existing products for better performance and usability
- Supporting cross-functional teams with insights, tools, and execution to drive product success
- Optimizing workflows to make product development more efficient and scalable
- Analyzing data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
