Senior Graphic Designer, Skylight

• The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in performance creative and demonstrates a command of translating data and insights into high-performing design work
• They are organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated to learn, and a strong, clear communicator
• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience, mainly or exclusively in high-growth startup or agency settings
• Deep history of design for performance channels, especially Paid Social and Email channels – and a portfolio that demonstrates those skills
• Solid understanding of how to interpret performance data and how to apply learnings to design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• A+ organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and low ego
• A bias towards action and agility

Desirable

• We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to drive continued growth and scale our performance channels
• Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this role will own Paid Social static and Email design
• Designing static ads for Paid Social, leveraging channel best practices and weekly performance data to quickly and autonomously deliver high-performing creative and iterations
• Designing performance and editorial Emails, and work with Channel partners to continue to fine-tune the channel’s design system
• Working closely with ACD, Channel, and Brand partners to develop testing roadmaps for each channel
• Staying apprised of the competitive landscape and proactively bringing new ideas to the table to support channel goals
