Who you are

Must be consistently available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Minimum of 4 years in product management
Solid background in the food tech industry, with a deep understanding of POS systems and their intricacies
Experience with integrating multiple POS systems, including but not limited to Aloha, Revel, Brink, Square, and Toast
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising efficiently between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to understand new point-of-sale systems and how they can integrate to our existing architecture
Highly driven and proactive individual with an assertive approach; possesses a level of enthusiasm and initiative that occasionally requires temperance

Desirable

Past experience with loyalty programs, payment systems, and other digital restaurant tools
People Management: Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and growing product teams
Proven track record in scaling products in high-growth environments
Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related fields
