- Strong track record in Technical Recruitment from a top-tier recruitment agency and / or in house with a tier 1 technology company
- A desire to accelerate a career in technical recruiting by leveraging a growth mindset, natural curiosity and eagerness to learn

What the job involves
- Lead end-to-end international tech recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and placement
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their tech recruitment needs, devising tailored strategies. Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
- Concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of your roles. Utilise a diverse range of sourcing methods, including networking, tech forums, job boards, and social media, to build a robust global candidate pipeline
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure alignment with tech role specifications and company culture
- Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and providing valuable insights
- Stay updated on tech industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to offer expert guidance to candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain meticulous and organized records within our applicant tracking system

As a Y Combinator W21 batch, Gigs distinguishes itself by offering phone & data plans through an easy-to-use API. The company provides phone & data plans through BT, Vodafone, T Mobile, Orange, Verizon, and hundreds of other networks. It has additionally launched an eSIM mobile service in partnership with Grover.
The company is backed by Gradient Ventures, Google, and Crane Venture Partners, as well as some of the investors behind Stripe, Airbnb, Facebook, Spotify and Plaid. Gigs' has been increasing its client base internationally and continues to do so through its growing number of partnerships and its planned European expansion.
