• Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g.Pardot, HubSpot) and strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), with 5yrs+ automation experience
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets. High level of accuracy in managing data and executing campaigns
• Ability to analyse marketing data to derive actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills to optimise marketing processes and campaigns
• Experience in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis. Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• Ability to develop and implement marketing automation strategies that align with business goals. Experience in creating and managing nurture journeys
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experienced in building sales and marketing alignment
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest marketing technologies and trends, as well as propose and implement innovative solutions to improve marketing efficiency
