• As a Lead Data Analyst, you'll be a member of the data partnerships team, helping the B2B2C - SMB business unit to improve its performance using the right data
• Aim at improving the efficiency and the profitability of the partnerships business unit
• Organize the data pipeline around teams and employees, agencies and partners, and leads, so we can easily understand the performance and set up more complex analysis
• Analyze and model the behavior of our partners, developing forecasting models and business plans
• Provide alerting and visual tools such as dashboards to make strategic analysis easy
• Study our sales force, helping designing their structure, analyzing their performance
• They analyze and optimize B2B2C lead performance, leveraging product, operations, and CRM data to improve the P&L of the business unit

• Ad-hoc analysis to measure and guide business initiatives
• Responsible for data reliability and consistency in all phases, transformation, aggregation, and exposure through tables, dashboards and, sheets
• Refactoring of dashboard and the data pipeline
