Business Analyst, Form3

• Form3’s Product team is a central function within the business, so we are looking for an ambitious and versatile Business Analyst who can act autonomously, whilst also working well as a key player within a wider team
• 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
• Proven ability in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and creating functional specifications
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Sound understanding of the full product development lifecycle
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst to join the UK Product team within Form3
• This role will act as a product expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and providing clarity on Form3’s full UK and Euro payments product suite
• With previous experience working within product development, you will be supporting Product Managers to make informed decisions, putting a real mark on the critical infrastructure powering real-time payments across the whole of the UK and Europe
• Collaborate effectively across the FPS, BACS and SEPA product lines, working closely with UK and Euro Product Managers to support the end-to-end delivery of payments solutions
• Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams across the UK, Europe and Platform to translate product vision into actionable requirements
• Become a Subject Matter Expert on the full UK and Euro payments product suite, offering guidance and clarity to both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements quickly and effectively, shaping and documenting requirements to support continuous improvement
• Take full ownership of certain tasks within the team, such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional specifications or analysing data
• Develop a high-level understanding of the overall product line and underlying platform architecture to further inform decision-making and prioritisation
