Who you are
- Demonstrable experience acting as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a regulated financial service environment
- Strong organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident working with and relating to all levels within the organisation & outside third parties
- Comfortable with ambiguity with the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- A roll up your sleeves attitude, with the ability to use your initiative to deliver work that will add value
What the job involves
- Day-to-day enablement; ensuring that Louise is not only where she needs to be, and by when, but that she’s effectively and efficiently enabled to deliver impact. You’ll support logistics such as diary and inbox management, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements through to speaking notes, drafting meeting agendas and materials, and ensuring the timely delivery of agreed outputs
- Prioritising and filtering; acting as a first point of contact, actively assessing opportunities or activities for their importance and value, and actioning appropriately
- Delivering direct impact; through leading on ad hoc projects, programmes, or activities to support Louise or the wider Executive Team
- Internal communications; supporting on internal company-wide communications and initiatives, such as our monthly All Hands meetings, promoting our culture of transparency
- Office management; ensuring our London office is a productive, positive and safe environment, through providing general coordination and support
- Socials; Keeping all of Louise’s social media platforms up-to-date and responding to her social inboxes

This clearly has potential as 11,000 parents opted for a Junior ISA in its pre-launch phase, so it's proving to be a sizeable market.
