Who you are
- We are looking for a smart generalist with strong analytical ability, commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in consulting, VC, startups, investment banking, or high-growth businesses is ideal
- Highly self-sufficient, thrives in ambiguous environments, and enjoys solving complex problems
- Good financial and strategic analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency preferred)
- Strong deck-building and storytelling skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
- Entrepreneurial mindset—either aspiring to start your own business, move into VC, or take on senior startup/commercial roles in the future
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a highly ambitious, analytical, and entrepreneurial generalist to join as a Strategic Projects Analyst, acting as the right-hand to our SVP Commercial
- This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure across strategy, operations, fundraising, and revenue growth in a fast-paced scale-up
- You’ll work on the highest-impact initiatives in the company, with direct exposure to the CEO and leadership team
- This is a high-autonomy role with significant ownership. You’ll not only execute projects but also proactively identify opportunities and drive them forward independently
- Strategic & Commercial Projects: Work closely with the SVP Commercial on the most pressing strategic initiatives, spanning content partnerships, pricing strategy, venue expansion, and operational improvements
- Fundraising & Investor Materials: Support ongoing investment rounds by preparing financial models, investor decks, and market research
- Revenue Growth: Support with revenue-driving initiatives, including analysis, optimizing pricing, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies
- Analytical Problem Solving: Leverage data to support decision-making, improve unit economics, and assess new opportunities
- Deck Creation & Storytelling: Build high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and partners
- Cross-functional Execution: Work across multiple departments to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented
- Extreme Ownership: Operate with a “founder mindset”—taking full responsibility for projects and pushing them to completion with minimal oversight
