Who you are

* The Experience: 5+ years in mobile gaming or a performance marketing agency. You have a portfolio of ads that actually moved the needle on the App Store/Google Play
* The "Hook" Mentality: You understand that the first 3 seconds of a video are the most important. You know how to design "thumb-stoppers."
* Technical Literacy: Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects/Premiere) and an understanding of Unity/Unreal engine (for capturing gameplay) is a huge plus
* Data-Informed, Not Data-Driven: You aren't afraid of a spreadsheet, but you also know when to take a creative risk that the data hasn't seen yet

What the job involves

We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead the end-to-end production of high-performance video advertisements for our mobile game
You won’t just be making "pretty" videos; you will be architecting visual stories that drive installs, lower CPIs, and resonate with our target players
You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Data, and Game Design, turning player psychology into winning ad creatives
* Creative Strategy: You'll develop a roadmap for video ad themes, including cinematic trailers, gameplay edits, "fail" ads, and live-action/UGC content
* Production Management: Lead a team of video editors to produce a high volume of assets weekly
* Performance Analysis: Partner with the UA team to analyze hook rates, hold rates, and conversion metrics. Use data to "kill" losing concepts and iterate on winners
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of mobile advertising trends (TikTok, Meta, AppLovin) and conduct competitive analysis on what other top-grossing games are doing
* Brand Stewardship: Ensure all ad creatives feel consistent with the game’s world while pushing the boundaries of what works in a 15-second format

Our take

Numrah is a mobile messaging development company operating out of Saudi Arabia, aiming to become the leading messaging company in the Middle East and North Africa.

Whilst European and Western digital messaging app markets are in the thrall of companies such as WhatsApp, the MENA region is a varied and province-dependent sector. Numrah has been cited as one of Saudi Arabia’s best mobile startups on beststartup.asia, and seems to be turning heads across the region.

That being said, Numrah’s website only has two products - a toolkit for evaluating business ideas and an app-building cost calculator. Whilst these two products may act as an initial introduction and consultancy for Numrah, its client list and achievements to date are either still in stealth mode or are yet to come to fruition. Numrah must build up a public client list and expand its team to achieve the ambitious goals it has set itself.
