Role
Who you are
- You’re a people-person with 6 - 10 years of experience delivering or supporting enablement for sales and customer success teams. You are comfortable collaborating with various internal cross-functional teams
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or revenue-facing roles
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Media, Martech, or Adtech industries is strongly preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- Technical Literacy: Proven ability to quickly grasp new technologies and simplify complex technical ideas for a sales audience
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communicator with a knack for analytical storytelling and interpreting data
- Collaboration: A proven track record of influencing stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales
What the job involves
- Support the ongoing development of the buy-side (Brand, Client) and sell-side (Partnerships) Customer Success teams
- Ensure CS teams have the specific content and tools required to support conversations during Renewal, Value Confirmation Processes and Expansion Opportunities
- Work with CS Leadership to ensure CS teams have the appropriate industry, product, sales knowledge and skills to succeed in a variety of client-facing conversations
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop specific learning paths tailored to unique technical and commercial needs of the CS team for major product releases
- Design an enablement programming calendar aligned to the needs of the CS teams, with reinforcement mechanisms designed to be executed by CS Leaders
- Collaborate with the Client Training team to support the onboarding of new CS hires, as necessary
- Track KPIs and ROI of enablement initiatives to identify training needs, skill gaps, and process gaps
- Monitor performance tracking metrics for CS roles and identify when enablement intervention can support performance goals
- Competitive Enablement: Collaborate with Product Marketing to monitor the competitive landscape and equip reps with the specific tactics and battlecards needed to articulate iSpot’s differentiators
- Tool Optimization: Manage and optimize the usage of enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Chorus) to ensure product content is easily accessible and relevant
Our take
New streaming platforms and CTV provide novel data, with great potential to improve advertising engagement. However, information such as how many times an ad was aired and watched, whether viewers were captivated, and how relevant it is to their viewing preferences can still be difficult to access.
iSpot provides an ad measurement platform for TV, streaming platforms, and DSPs, allowing businesses to measure the success of their marketing campaigns in real time. The platform provides information such as brand recognition, purchase intent, likeability, and audience relevance, allowing businesses to benchmark this information against competitors.
Whilst other marketing platforms tackle similar obstacles, iSpot uniquely categorizes its data into insights that are easily understood and actioned. The company has ensured that its services are integrated with other 300 major streaming platforms and DSPs, futureproofing itself for the new wave of TV viewers, and in 2026 launched an agentic AI platform to augment its offering.
