Who you are
- Industry experience - knowledge and understanding of the events industry is necessary; we are very open to what this could be, both personal or professional or perhaps during your studies.
- Commercial acumen - we are looking for someone who is commercially minded and can have financial conversations confidently.
- Willingness to learn - there is a lot to learn about the industry and about our technology so a desire to learn is essential for the role.
- Attention to detail - you’ll be dealing with multiple events at any one time which means the devil is in the detail!
- Be great to work with - we’re looking for someone who embodies the HeadBox values of brilliance, integrity, empathy, and curiosity

What the job involves
- Reporting into the Meetings & Events Consultant, you will be responsible for selling events into our HeadBox for business customers to the value of a monthly quota. The role will involve responding to event briefs, creating proposals and confirming bookings in order to ensure that brilliant events happen everywhere.
- Event Proposals – creating bespoke event proposals based on the needs of our HeadBox Business customers and delivering these in a timely fashion.
- Sales Delivery – you will be responsible for delivering monthly sales targets
- Excellent Customer Service - we put customers at the centre of everything we do, including delivering brilliant customer service at every touch point
