What the job involves

  • We're in search of a top hunter BDR who is not only a master in both prospecting and engagement but also thrives in a high-activity environment
  • This is your chance to contribute significantly to our growth, leveraging your sales expertise and exceptional relationship management skills
  • As an BDR, your role will be related to creating and enhancing new opportunities and deals via prospection channels
  • Try to convert outbound leads through the different prospection channels
  • Align with the growth team about the ICP’s and prospects we should reach out to: databases, events, tools, methodologies
  • Work alongside with AE’s to convert deals into meetings and decrease sales cycle
  • Inject information and keep our CRM (Hubspot) clean
  • Try to reactivate dormant or non-active deals
  • Through analysis, make sure we understand the reasons behind closed-lost leads and create a feedback loop between the growth and sales teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
  • Achieve organizational goals, monthly quotas and objectives

Coverflex, founded in 2019, allows companies to manage all parts of their packages beyond salary – including discounts, insurance, & meal allowance – by consolidating everything within one platform. This enables money and time to be saved, at the same time as offering visibility to staff, who have access to a VISA card and mobile application.

Thousands of companies, including notable names like PwC, already make use of Coverflex’s solution. The company has raised substantial funding to finance international rollout, and hire additional talent into teams across the business.
